1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SpeedSketch ("Service"), available at www.speedsketch.co.uk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SpeedSketch provides:

• • Free Image-to-Animation Tool: Convert static images into hand-drawn whiteboard animation videos. This service is free forever with no watermarks.
• • Premium Text-to-Video AI: Convert written text into complete animated videos with AI-generated images, animations, and voiceover narration. Available with a paid subscription.

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

The free image-to-animation tool does not require an account. For premium features (text-to-video AI), you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use SpeedSketch to:

• • Upload, create, or distribute illegal content
• • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• • Create content that is defamatory, obscene, or harmful
• • Harass, abuse, or threaten others
• • Distribute malware or engage in hacking activities
• • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• • Use the service for spam or unsolicited communications
• • Create content that promotes violence, discrimination, or illegal activities
• • Generate content depicting minors in any inappropriate context
• • Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws

We reserve the right to terminate accounts and remove content that violates these terms without notice.

5. Content Ownership and Rights

Your Content

You retain all rights to images you upload and videos you create using SpeedSketch. By uploading content, you grant us a temporary, limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.

Generated Content Rights

Videos generated through our service are yours to use, including for commercial purposes. You receive full commercial rights to:

• • Use videos for business presentations
• • Publish on YouTube and monetize
• • Use in marketing and advertising
• • Include in products you sell to clients

Your Representations

By uploading content, you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use the content, and that your use of SpeedSketch does not violate any third party's rights.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium Subscription

Premium features require a paid subscription. Current pricing is £29/month for 20 credits. Each credit allows one text-to-video generation.

Billing

• • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• • Credits reset each month and do not roll over
• • Payment is processed securely by Stripe
• • Prices may change with 30 days notice

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation:

• • You retain access until the end of your current billing period
• • No refunds are provided for partial months
• • Unused credits expire at the end of your subscription

Refunds

Refunds may be issued at our discretion in cases of technical issues that prevent service delivery. Contact us at [email protected] for refund requests.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee:

• • The service will be available at all times without interruption
• • The service will be error-free
• • Specific processing times for animations
• • Permanent availability of any specific feature

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

The SpeedSketch service, including its original content (excluding user content), features, and functionality, is owned by SpeedSketch and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

The SpeedSketch name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of SpeedSketch. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM:

• • Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• • Warranties of non-infringement
• • Any warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of results

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPEEDSKETCH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SpeedSketch and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in England and Wales to resolve any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Service.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
